By scheduling, receiving, or paying for services provided by EPIC Lawn Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
EPIC Lawn Care provides lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor services as outlined in estimates, proposals, invoices, or service descriptions.
Services are limited to areas that are reasonably accessible and safe at the time of service. Any services not explicitly listed are not included and may require additional charges.
Service dates and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, or operational needs.
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, wet ground, drought conditions, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.
Weather-related delays do not constitute missed services and do not qualify for refunds.
Exact service times are not guaranteed.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the service area, including:
Gates unlocked
Pets secured away from service areas
Lawns clear of debris, toys, hoses, pet waste, or other obstacles
If service cannot be completed due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, the service may be skipped and still billed.
EPIC Lawn Care is not responsible for damage resulting from:
Hidden or undisclosed items (sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, wires, edging, rocks, debris)
Pre-existing damage or property conditions
Uneven terrain, soil conditions, erosion, or drought-related stress
Minor turf damage, discoloration, tire marks, or edging imperfections are considered normal risks of lawn care services.
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this timeframe may be denied.
Pricing is based on property condition and scope of work at the time of estimate.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Recurring services may be billed automatically.
Late payments may result in late fees, service suspension, or collections.
Failed or declined payments may incur additional processing fees.
Completed services are non-refundable.
For ongoing or recurring services:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel, pause, or reschedule service.
Services canceled without proper notice may still be billed.
Services skipped due to access issues or customer-requested pauses are not eligible for credits.
Seasonal or subscription-based services may require a minimum service commitment.
Estimates are based on visible property conditions at the time of quoting.
EPIC Lawn Care reserves the right to adjust pricing if:
Property size or condition differs from the estimate
Scope of work changes
Additional labor, materials, or equipment are required
Customers will be notified of material pricing changes when reasonably possible.
By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications from EPIC Lawn Care via phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding:
Scheduling and service updates
Billing and payment notices
Customer support and service-related information
Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law:
EPIC Lawn Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EPIC Lawn Care from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Unsafe property conditions
Undisclosed hazards
Customer negligence or failure to prepare the property for service
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any legal action or dispute shall be brought in courts located within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
EPIC Lawn Care reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
