Unlike chemical fertilizers that just paint your grass green, our fertilizers nourish your soil AND gently feed your lawn.  And of course they're pet, child, and environmentally friendly.



1st treatment (March):  consists of a seasonal spring fertilizer to jumpstart your grass growth and pre-emergent crabgrass control.



2nd treatment (April): liquid blanket application of broadleaf weeds for weeds that exist.  This will kill those pesky winter weeds that have germinated end of winter/early spring.



3rd treatment (May):  late spring fertilizer to keep your grass green and lush.



4th treatment (June): liquid blanket application of broadleaf weeds that have germinated since the April application.



5th treatment (July): summer fertilizer that consists of a slow release nitrogen fertilizer to keep your lawn fed throughout the summer.

6th treatment (August): summer weed-killer for those pesky summer weeds.



7th  treatment (October): one final liquid blanket application for broadleaf weeds. This will kill all the weeds that have germinated before winter weather sets in.  This will make it so the weeds you have the following year are only newly germinated weeds and your lawn isn’t carrying over last year’s weeds. 


8th treatment (November): a seasonal fertilizer designed to develop the root system for winter and give your lawn a faster green-up in the spring.

Other services offered:


Aeration (done in fall): this is one of the best and most fundamental lawn treatments available to stimulate the healthy growth of your lawn. An aerator machine makes finger sized holes in your yard and deposits the plugs on the surface for breakdown. It opens the pores of compacted soils and reduces unhealthy thatch buildup. Compaction and thatch are the primary obstacles that keep nutrients, water, and air from reaching the root structure. It is recommended that aeration be done annually in the fall.


Aeration with Overseeding and Starter Fertilizer (September):  we aerate your entire lawn.  We then spread a premium blend of three different types of tall fescue grass seed over the lawn through the spreader and the new grass will germinate in the aerator holes.  We then spread starter fertilizer to give it a boost.  We don’t recommend doing this during the spring because you will have to skip the first application.  The first application that keeps the crabgrass from germinating will keep the grass seed from germinating.  If you skip the first application the new grass seedlings will get choked out by the aggressive crabgrass.
